Apologies

Not everyone you wrong is going to remind you of your wrongs
Perhaps the lighter ones may be talked about but the heftier ones are held back, Sometimes to avoid remembering the pain that comes along with them.
Still, this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t apologize for those wrongs done or act as though they were forgotten. Intentionally confessing all your wrongs and accepting the blame for it.
And when confessing your wrongs never try to pass blame or try to make yourself feel better, it never helps rather be remorseful and empathetic, sharing the pain that you've caused as humans always know when someone is saying things they don’t mean.
Be intentional and verbal with them, the bare minimum isn’t effort, and effort must be intentional and consistent. Do things and mean what you do, going the extra length to prove what you say. Dropping your pride behind and confronting the situation heads on.
If you must do a thing do it well even with apologies
